Ensuring Long-Term Performance

Standard PU tubing should not be used continuously above 60°C; high-temperature customized versions can withstand 80–110°C. PU performs well against oil and regular industrial chemicals, but keep away from strong acids, strong alkalis and polar solvents like acetone, and please do compatibility testing before application. Store products in cool, dry environment at 15–25°C away from direct sunlight, use within 12 months to avoid hydrolysis. During handling, support long profiles properly, avoid over-bending beyond the minimum bend radius, and cut with sharp blades to prevent edge fraying.
